Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Madrid is seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to coordinate the technical, human and logistical resources for on-site events. The role requires a Master’s degree, at least 3 years in event production, knowledge of ERP safety regulations, and strong planning, organization and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in event production.
Knowledge of ERP safety regulations for public access buildings.
Strong planning, organizational, and strategic thinking.
Fluent English; interest in retail, media, or events.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical, human and logistical resources for on-site events.
Support sales teams and site staff from initial client request to delivery.
Manage relationships with clients and vendors; monitor timelines and quality.
Ensure safety and compliance with ERP regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve services and offerings.
Handle administrative and financial aspects of operations.
