Oktober is a remote-first Shopify retention agency hiring an entry-level Retention Associate. You will own copywriting for client pods, manage day-to-day tasks, and learn to shape client strategies under a Senior RM. This role offers a clear growth path and fully remote work from anywhere, with dedicated time for collaboration 12-5pm CET.

You will gain exposure to top e-commerce brands, receive access to tools and coaching, and develop retention expertise from day one in a fast-growing team.

Formación

• Ideally first agency experience.
• First experience with email copywriting for DTC brands.
• First experience with project management.
• Reliability: you deliver what you promise.
• Own mistakes and apply feedback, not just listen.
• Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and ownership.
• Commit to work from 12-5pm CE(S)T.
• Speak Dutch at a native level.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on strategy by your pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and build strategic instincts with your Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports for the Senior RM to use in decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they impact clients.
