OKTOBER is hiring an entry-level Email Retention Associate to join our remote-first team. You will own Dutch email copywriting for multiple pod accounts, learn to manage projects end-to-end, and grow toward owning client strategy alongside a Senior Retention Manager.

You’ll contribute ideas to account strategy, develop your strategic instincts, and gain access to tools, data, courses, and coaches on a clear growth path from Associate to Retention Manager and beyond.

Formación

• Dutch native level with ability to write compelling email copy that elicits responses.
• Experience delivering client work in an agency setting.
• First experience keeping tasks, approvals and deadlines organized.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for 5–6 pod accounts based on strategy set by the Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track with status updates and approvals and day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and develop strategic instincts with the Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports for the Senior RM to inform decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they affect clients.
