Oktober is seeking an entry-level Retention Associate for our remote-first team focused on email retention for DTC brands. You’ll own copywriting for pod accounts, manage tasks, and help shape account strategy from day one, with a clear path toward Retention Manager.

You’ll collaborate with a Senior RM, pull reports, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-growing agency environment. If you’re eager to learn, own your work, and grow into strategy, this role is for you.

Formación

• First agency experience preferred.
• Experience with email copywriting for DTC brands.
• Experience with project management and keeping tasks/deadlines organized.
• Reliability: able to deliver without reminders.
• Willingness to learn and grow into strategy and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the Senior RM strategy.
• Keep projects on track with status updates and approvals.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and build strategic instincts.
• Pull and format reports for Senior RM decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they impact clients.
