Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Account Specialist for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions team in Spain, preferably Valencia, with a remote working arrangement. You will support physicians and EP staff using Affera and related systems, building strong customer relationships and driving technology adoption throughout hospitals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in electrophysiology, a life sciences or cardiology background, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related scientific discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures.
Background in Cardiology or as a Cardiac Physiologist.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for excellence.
Valid driving license with a clean record.
Knowledge of 3D Mapping systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on key technologies.
Provide product expertise through sales presentations, demos, installations and ongoing support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
Develop advanced clinical and technical knowledge and stay informed on competitors.
Demonstrate composure and proactive problem solving in high-stress situations.
Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory planning.
Serve as liaison between sales teams and technical staff for smooth communication.
