Job summary

Jobgether is representing a partner company to fill an EAM Business Analyst / Tester role. The position is fully remote for an Europe-based project in the pharmaceutical industry, starting between October and November 2026.

You will bridge business needs with EAM/CMMS delivery, create test cases, and validate integrations while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business analysis and testing, expertise in MRO processes, and hands-on EAM/CMMS

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Business Analyst/Tester or similar roles.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes.
• Hands-on experience with EAM/CMMS platforms.
• Ability to elicit and document clear business requirements.
• Experience designing, writing, and executing test cases.
• Familiarity with functional, integration, and UAT testing, defect tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Structured, proactive approach to requirements and testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for work order management, inventory, purchasing, maintenance, and asset lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for EAM platform and integrations.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and support system implementation.
• Create structured test cases and scenarios from approved requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, and UAT testing; report defects and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to resolve ambiguities.
• Validate data flows and system integrations for consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare documentation, testing records, and training materials.
• Support users during testing and implementation to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
