WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams working remotely from Greece. The role involves handling phone, email, and chat inquiries, providing product and after-sales support, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

We offer 100% remote work from Greece with a salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus a performance-based bonus up to €250/month. Relocation support and comprehensive training are provided.

Formación

• Requires C1/C2 level Dutch.
• Requires B2-C1 level English depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
