Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of talent development to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, and related deliverables.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $70/hour, with strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and scale across diverse corporate

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Experience building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that stand up to L&D scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.
