Job summary

Airalo is hiring a Director, Enterprise IT to build and lead a new function. You will own ERP configuration, run IT operations, and shape enterprise applications strategy across a scalable SaaS-first estate.

You will recruit and grow the Enterprise Applications team, manage vendors and drive governance and compliance across the IT stack. APIs, data governance, and security are central as Airalo scales globally.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business.
• ERP implementation ownership and system integration experience.
• End-to-end ownership of business systems, data and processes.
• Experience running IT operations in a SaaS-first estate.
• Experience building IT controls and audits (ITGC, SoD, SOX).
• Experience leading organisational change and governance setup.
• Able to establish processes, documentation and governance from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations team and its lead, balancing run vs build work.
• Own ERP platform configuration, workflow design and post go-live support model.
• Define and hire the Enterprise Applications team (2–3 hires).
• Define roadmap and governance for bringing ERP and other SaaS under Enterprise IT.
• Manage ERP implementation partner, scope, budget and quality.
• Set change control, testing and release processes from day one.
