Job summary

Heymondo is seeking a Digital Portfolio Analyst to lead agile delivery across product teams. You will partner with Product, QA and IT to plan backlogs, remove impediments, and drive organisational maturity through Scrum ceremonies.

You’ll tailor methodologies per team to ensure reliable, on-time delivery while promoting continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. You will design roadmaps, track KPIs, and develop dashboards in Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• +3–4 years as Scrum Master or Digital Portfolio Analyst in digital/web/app development.
• Strong, motivated leadership and collaboration.
• Organised, proactive problem-solving with continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Scrum or Agile certificate.
• Proficiency with JIRA & Confluence.
• Ability to set up dashboards and reports for sprint tracking in Jira.
• Experience with AI-driven reporting tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader supporting Product Managers and developers by removing impediments and maintaining team motivation.
• Apply best practices in agile and non-agile frameworks, keeping deadlines and priorities clear.
• Design and maintain the project roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and owners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and meetings to support decision-making.
• Identify and remove impediments to improve delivery flow.
• Define the big development picture of each sprint with Product Management.
• Plan deployments to testing/prod environments with QA/IT.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and conflicts.
• Track Agile KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
