Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to coach multiple product teams, manage a rich backlog with the Product Owner, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of prioritized features within a hybrid work model.

You will drive agile maturity, apply lean practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data professionals, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to turn hypotheses into validated outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification.
• Experience in delivering technical projects with external vendors.
• Strong understanding of agile life-cycle methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own program schedule and budget for projects within the portfolio.
• Identify, visualize and mitigate program risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Support platform PMO with subsystem planning and execution.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define vision and priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and coordinate multiple teams.
