Job summary

Heymondo is seeking a Senior Product Manager with InsurTech experience to drive product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle. You will bridge business leadership and engineering, prioritize high-value features, and shape the product roadmap in a fast-growing travel insurance scale-up.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and Business Areas, manage backlogs, and lead data-informed decision making while delivering impactful customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in PM/PO/hybrid roles in Banking, Fintech or Insurtech.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap aligned with business goals and key objectives.
• Write clear PRDs and functional definitions with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business, Design and Tech to translate requirements into viablе solutions.
• Balance business value, technical feasibility and delivery timelines in roadmap planning.
• Create and prioritize Epics/Features and User Stories with clear criteria.
