Apply Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to build strong client relationships and lead digital strategy, product, platforms, and marketing initiatives. You will champion PM and Agile best practices, adapt processes for teams, and manage multiple fast-paced projects and teams, including Scrum Master duties.

The role emphasizes accountability to the team and delivery excellence, with hybrid/remote options and opportunities to work with global brands.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced eCommerce environment with strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and agile methodologies (agile, hybrid, scrum, kanban).
• Familiarity with AI, ML, data analytics, cloud computing and platform integrations.
• Experience with headless eCommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce) and CMS (Contentful, Contentstack).
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration platforms; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Technical background in Computer Science is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
• Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.
• Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.
