Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee the delivery of insurtech projects for a global client base. You will lead client engagements, plan projects, and guide cross-functional teams through proposals, PoCs, and contracts to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance project management, strong client-facing and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field (plus)
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• 3+ years experience in insurance
• Strong client-facing experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, PoCs, and contracts
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes from design to review
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients
• Manage project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee project documentation and reports with key metrics
• Identify risks, dependencies and optimize processes
