Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer – Blockchain Infrastructure based in Spain. You will operate and scale validator infrastructure across multi-cloud and bare-metal, building automation, reliability, and security into production environments.

You’ll own day-to-day ops, contribute to decentralisation efforts, and develop tooling that improves deployment and observability for a fast-moving blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Minimum 1 year with blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong Linux administration and containerisation with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Grafana/Prometheus or similar observability tools.
• Shell scripting and knowledge of Rust, Go, or Python.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Google Cloud.
• IaC with Terraform and/or OpenTofu.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
• Security and reliability mindset with proactive risk management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protocol reliability with 99.99% uptime and proactive improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve production incidents.
• Operate validator infrastructure across multi-cloud and bare-metal.
• Support transition to decentralised network and improve onboarding templates.
• Develop and maintain open‑source infrastructure tooling.
• Strengthen security controls and optimise performance.
• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
• Enhance monitoring with telemetry and ETL dashboards.
• Own day‑to‑day operations and coordinate with partners.
• Troubleshoot environments and resolve deployment bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous automation improvements across teams.
