CoachHub is hiring a DevOps Engineer to help scale our production AWS/Kubernetes platform, focusing on automation, reliability, and secure engineering practices. This remote-first role collaborates with Data and QA teams across locations to deliver features with zero-surprise operations.

You’ll work in a small autonomous DevOps squad within a larger Infrastructure, Data, and QA organization. Expect proactive engineering, rolling releases, and strong emphasis on cost efficiency and security.

Formación

• 3+ years of production AWS & Kubernetes experience.
• Strong hands-on with Terraform/OpenTofu (IaC).
• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Solid AWS security fundamentals (IAM, networking).
• Observability, monitoring, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and development tools.
• Automate and streamline release processes for safe feature delivery.
• Manage IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu and Terragrunt considerations.
• Champion security across systems and collaborate with security teams.
• Ensure production reliability with rolling releases and minimal user impact.
• Collaborate with Data and QA teams across locations.
• Plan and prioritize infrastructure work and tooling requests.
