Job summary

CoachHub GmbH is a remote-first org in Europe, offering a DevOps Engineer role that focuses on building a scalable AWS/Kubernetes platform. You will join a small autonomous DevOps team spanning Spain and Germany, with no on-call nights and an emphasis on proactive engineering and rolling releases.

You will automate infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu, and collaborate with Data and QA teams to deliver reliable, secure services for our coaching platform across international teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on AWS and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience planning, running, or contributing to Kubernetes cluster upgrades.
• Solid IaC with Terraform / OpenTofu.
• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Good grasp of AWS security fundamentals (IAM, networking).
• English fluency for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and production services.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu, Terragrunt).
• Apply security best practices with the security team.
• Monitor production and resolve issues with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Data and QA teams to follow established processes.
• Plan and prioritize infrastructure work in daily standups.
