Job summary

CoachHub is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our remote-first team and help scale our AWS/Kubernetes platform across Europe. You’ll work in a small autonomous DevOps squad focused on reliability, automation, and proactive improvements.

In this role you’ll own IaC, CI/CD pipelines, security, and production monitoring, with no on-call emergencies. Strong collaboration with Data and QA teams in Germany and Spain is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production AWS & Kubernetes experience
• Experience planning/running Kubernetes cluster upgrades
• Solid IaC practice with Terraform/OpenTofu
• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Good grasp of AWS security fundamentals (IAM, networking)
• Monitoring and root-cause analysis experience
• Remote-first, autonomous work style
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High quality, architecture-aware contributions
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain development tools and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Deploy and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Apply security best practices in collaboration with the security team.
• Monitor production and resolve issues to ensure smooth releases.
• Collaborate with Data and QA teams across locations.
• Participate in daily standups to align priorities and plan infrastructure work.
