Qualifyze is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer to shape infrastructure strategy within the engineering department in Barcelona. You will define, implement and maintain cloud-based server and database infrastructure, managed with Kubernetes, and own monitoring with Datadog.

Collaborating with team leads and architects, you’ll drive CI/CD, enforce security and compliance, mentor peers, and push pragmatic infrastructure decisions aligned with product direction and growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm and cloud-native apps.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform) and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with Datadog-based monitoring and observability.
• Security and regulatory compliance mind-set for cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Define, implement and maintain Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure.
• Own monitoring and observability with Datadog across environments.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with automation for fast, safe software delivery.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance in cloud environments.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps best practices and infrastructure topics.
• Collaborate with architects and team leads to align infra strategy with product goals.
• Identify system improvements and drive implementation across the stack.
