Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Engineer (CSE) specializing in Certificate Lifecycle Management and PKI. You will ensure successful deployment, automated lifecycle management, and stabilization of enterprise CLM and PKI solutions across distributed hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, large-scale network design, operations, and security.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing or advisory role (Customer Success, Consulting, or Support Engineering).
• Proven track record driving product adoption and leading complex feature implementations.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for customers.
• Strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product-level expertise and lead complex deployments.
• Act as go-to expert for CLM and PKI products and guide customers through integrations.
• Communicate new features and best practices to maximize platform value.
• Lead training sessions and workshops tailored to customer needs.
• Identify deployment gaps and translate into strategic action plans.
• Ensure operational excellence by adopting new features.
• Advise executives and influence key stakeholders.
• Manage complex customer engagements with account teams.
• Lead customer escalations to ensure timely resolutions.
