Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a proactive Customer Success Engineer (CSE) specializing in Certificate Lifecycle Management and PKI to ensure successful deployment and ongoing stabilization of enterprise CLM and PKI solutions across distributed environments.

You will work with CISOs, CTOs, and security teams to drive adoption, deliver advanced training, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans, while leading high-touch delivery and handling executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and large-scale network design, operations, and security.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing or advisory role (Customer Success, Consulting, or Support Engineering).
• Proven track record in driving product adoption and delivering advanced training programs.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• PKI, cryptography, and LDAP/AD knowledge.
• Nice to have: ADCS, major certificate authorities, and HSM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product-level expertise, leading complex deployments and resolving intricate technical challenges.
• Serve as the go-to expert for CLM and PKI products, guiding customers through sophisticated integrations.
• Proactively communicate new features and best practices to ensure customers leverage full capabilities.
• Lead training sessions and workshops tailored to customer needs.
• Assess deployment gaps and translate them into strategic action plans for improvement.
• Ensure customers adopt and optimize new features for operational excellence.
• Act as a strategic advisor, influencing stakeholders up to the C-suite.
• Manage complex customer engagements with high-touch delivery strategies.
• Lead customer escalations, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
