Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds/CEAG products across Spain and selected export markets. The role is 100% remote and focuses on technical quotations, order management, and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customers receive accurate, compliant solutions.

You will liaise with international teams across Europe, manage orders from receipt to delivery, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience serving industrial customers with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Review specifications and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery with focus on technical accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact through project execution with regular status updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity pursuit.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material.
