Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This highly technical, customer-facing role supports industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets in a remote setup.

You will act as the primary contact through the project lifecycle, handle technical quotations, manage catalog material orders, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and sales teams to ensure delivery against specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or project coordination.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer specifications, technical documentation and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and translated into solutions.
• Manage customer orders for catalog material from receipt through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution, providing regular updates on status, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Support the sales organization by managing quotation follow-up activities and helping drive opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to Eaton's explosion-proof equipment and power distribution & control solutions.
• Coordinate drawing approvals, technical clarifications, and project communications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer service functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
