ElevenLabs in Bilbao is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program that turns paid traffic into signups and revenue. You will shape the strategy and execute end-to-end across the on-site funnel—from the marketing site and landing pages to signup and onboarding.

The role requires hands-on testing, strong data analytics, and collaboration with design, engineering, and copy to ship high-quality variants and durable improvements.

Formación

• Proven track record owning a CRO/experimentation program with measurable gains.
• Hands-on expertise with A/B testing and CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize successors, Statsig, GrowthBook).
• Strong analytical rigor: statistical significance, sample size, avoiding false positives.
• Experience optimizing signup, onboarding, and landing-page funnels for self-serve and lead-gen.
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and copy to ship high-quality variants.
• Clear, data-driven communicator who guides decisions and aligns teams.
• Thrives in scrappy, high-ownership environments and builds programs from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the marketing site, landing pages, signup/onboarding funnels.
• Form hypotheses from analytics and user research; prioritize tests by impact and effort.
• Design, build, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests; ensure results are statistically sound.
• Partner with design, engineering, and copy to spec and ship high-quality variants quickly.
• Analyze results, document learnings, and turn wins into durable funnel improvements.
• Instrument funnel analytics and tracking so conversion impact is measurable end-to-end.
• Align on-site conversion with paid and lifecycle traffic in partnership with performance and lifecycle marketing.
• Raise experimentation velocity and rigor as the program scales.
