Ruby Labs seeks a highly experienced Growth Manager (CRO) to lead end-to-end optimization across consumer funnels. You will research, hypothesize, test, analyze, and rollout experiments, focusing on execution quality and measurable improvements.

Work closely with engineers and product teams to translate insights into concrete experiments. You’ll maintain an experimentation backlog, track results, and share learnings across the organization.

Formación

• CRO foundation: 2+ years hands-on CRO experience.
• Strong CRO lifecycle understanding: design, run, and evaluate experiments.
• Ability to review funnel metrics and experiment results using analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end CRO cycles (research → hypothesis → testing → analysis → rollout).
• Assist with funnel analysis to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
• Translate hypotheses into clear experiment requirements for engineers.
