Job summary

ScaleJet | eCommerce Recruitment agency seeks a commercially minded Creative Director to lead the ecommerce creative function. You will own brand direction across paid media, website, email, organic content, marketplaces, and launches, driving conversion and profitability.

You will balance direct-response performance with strong brand storytelling, build a scalable creative operation, and manage internal and external teams with a focus on commercialization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior creative leadership role within ecommerce, DTC, retail, consumer products, or a performance-focused agency.
• Strong portfolio showing both brand-building and performance-focused work.
• Ability to interpret creative, advertising, and ecommerce performance data.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall creative vision and execution across the ecommerce business.
• Translate company goals into clear creative priorities and plans.
• Develop quarterly and monthly creative roadmaps.
• Lead creative concept development and campaign planning.
• Review and approve high-priority creative assets.
• Create clear, actionable briefs for internal and external creative teams.
• Partner with growth, marketing, ecommerce, product, customer service, and leadership teams.
• Analyze creative performance using advertising, website, email, and marketplace data.
• Monitor customer behaviour, category trends, competitors, and emerging creative formats.
• Present creative strategies, results, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
