Lodgify is hiring a Creative Designer to join our Marketing Team. You will shape brand visuals, craft compelling marketing assets, and ensure consistency across channels.

This role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows, design systems in Figma, and motion design using After Effects. With 3+ years in brand design, you will collaborate with a diverse, international team and contribute to campaigns that drive growth for hosts worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showing brand implementation and high-converting assets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Omnichannel Marketing Design: create on-brand visuals across channels to drive metrics.
• Visual Storytelling: translate product features into explainer graphics and visuals.
• Brand Evolution: maintain Lodgify's new brand with consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• AI Art Direction: use Midjourney, Firefly, and DALL-E to produce high-quality visuals.
• Tool Innovation: test emerging AI/design tools and build scalable templates.
• UI & Design Systems: maintain assets in Figma with design systems.
• Basic Motion Design: apply motion design to use cases using After Effects templates.
