Qdrant, a remote-first open-source vector search company, seeks a freelance Marketing Designer to refine visual identity across marketing channels. You will collaborate with the Visual Designer and Design Lead to push creative AI-driven concepts and brand cohesion.

You will work on marketing assets, landing pages, ads, emails, and event materials, using AI tools and established design systems. Proficiency in typography, spacing and color is essential, with fast multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience designing marketing assets or websites.
• AI-driven design workflows and tool usage demonstrated in portfolio.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, spacing and color.
• Proficient in Figma with a design system.

Responsibilities

• Own AI tools and workflows to scale visual direction.
• Design marketing assets for campaigns, social, blog and presentations.
• Create and update website and campaign landing pages.
• Design banner ads, LinkedIn creatives, and performance assets.
• Develop eye-catching email graphics and layouts.
• Produce slide decks and booth materials for events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
