Job summary

Qdrant, an open-source vector search engine, is seeking a freelance Marketing Designer to refine its visual identity across marketing channels. You’ll own visuals for campaigns, social media, websites, ads, emails, and event materials, ensuring branding stays cohesive.

Proficiency with AI design tools (Midjourney, Claude, Flora AI, Higgsfield) and Figma is essential. You’ll collaborate with our Visual Designer and Design Lead to ship polished work on tight timelines and uphold our design system.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience designing marketing assets or websites.
• Experience in B2B or tech company environments is preferred.
• AI-powered design workflows and tooling familiarity.
• Strong typography, spacing, and color fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets for campaigns, social media, and presentations.
• Create and update website pages and landing pages.
• Develop ad creatives, banners, and email visuals.
• Produce event materials and slide decks.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
• Collaborate with the Visual Designer and Design Lead.
