Lodgify is seeking a Motion Designer to bring our brand to life through video and motion. You will own projects from concept to completion, crafting on-brand stories across marketing, brand, and product touchpoints.

With strong motion design skills and an editor’s eye, you’ll help maintain our visual language, contribute to motion principles, and explore AI-enabled workflows to scale video output across channels.

• Deliver high-impact motion and video content across brand, marketing, product touchpoints.
• Maintain and evolve motion principles; build reusable templates and scalable systems.
• Deliver polished work with strong narrative structure, pacing, sound design, and music selection.
• Explain creative choices and incorporate feedback from marketing and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with junior designers, interns, freelancers, and external partners to align with brand standards.
• Stay curious about new tools and AI-enabled workflows to speed up production.
