Infotree Global Solutions seeks a Technical Support Engineer for remote work in Valladolid, Spain. You will handle Cortex XDR support cases, troubleshoot configurations, and document solutions for the Knowledge Base, collaborating with ETAC and Engineering to resolve client issues.

Strong understanding of software release cycles and bug tracking is required, along with effective communication across phone, email, and web channels. This is a long-term contract role with remote flexibility.

• Troubleshooting complex technical issues for customers via multiple channels.
• Experience documenting solutions and updating knowledge bases.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Break/Fix technical support cases via phone, email, and web.
• Configure and troubleshoot customer environments.
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and user documentation in the Knowledge Base.
• Collaborate with ETAC and Engineering to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain understanding of software release cycles and bug tracking.
