Envision is seeking a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. The role requires working a 24/7 shift, handling advanced remote interventions via SCADA, and serving as the escalation point for turbine failures to maximise asset availability.

Responsibilities include real-time fault escalation, remote diagnostics, and coordinated incident management with field technicians and back offices.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related).
3–5 years of professional experience in BESS and/or wind energy operations.
Experience with onshore wind turbine platforms or BESS SCADA platforms.
Strong ability to read electrical diagrams and analyze technical logs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and safety-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

Act as escalation point for complex faults in real-time wind farm operations.
Perform deep-dive diagnostics using SCADA systems and proprietary software.
Execute advanced remote-control sequences, safety resets, and synchronized restarts.
Coordinate alerts and communications with back offices and on-site technicians.
Analyse fault patterns, document resolutions, and contribute to LEAN initiatives.
