Envision is hiring a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure the optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleet. You will work in a 24/7 shift system, performing advanced remote interventions via SCADA and serving as the escalation point for critical turbine failures to minimise downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years in BESS or wind energy, experience with SCADA software, and strong problem-solving under pressure. English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in BESS and/or Wind energy operations.
• Experience in a remote-control centre or as a Senior Wind Turbine or BESS Technician.
• Experience with major onshore wind turbine platforms or major BESS manufacturers and SCADA software from OEMs.
• Professional proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Monitoring: Escalation point for complex faults, manage real-time wind farm operations.
• SCADA-Based Troubleshooting: Diagnostics on persistent errors, curtailments and shutdowns.
• Remote Intervention & Resets: Execute remote-control sequences, safety resets and restarts.
• Incident Management: Coordinate alerts, liaise with back offices and on-site technicians.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze fault patterns and document resolutions; mentor operators.
• Shift Schedule: 24/7 rotation including nights, weekends and holidays.
