Envision is seeking a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure the continuous performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. You will operate in a 24/7 shift, performing advanced remote interventions via SCADA and coordinating with field technicians to minimize downtime.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3–5 years in BESS or wind energy, and experience with SCADA platforms and OEM software.

Formación

• Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in BESS and/or Wind energy operations.
• Experience with major onshore wind turbine platforms or major BESS manufacturers and SCADA software.
• Advanced proficiency in renewables technology.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Monitoring: escalation point for complex faults, managing real-time onshore wind farm operations and performance.
• SCADA-Based Troubleshooting: use high-tier SCADA systems for diagnostics on errors, curtailments, and shutdowns.
• Remote Intervention & Resets: execute remote-control sequences, safety resets, restarts, and curtailments.
• Incident Management: coordinate alerts, liaise with back offices and field technicians, and with Service management.
• Continuous Improvement: analyse fault patterns, document resolutions, and mentor operators.
