Envision seeks a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. You will operate in a 24/7 shift, handling advanced diagnostics via SCADA and coordinating remote interventions to maximize asset availability.

The role emphasizes escalation, incident management, and continuous improvement within a global renewable energy team. English proficiency is required; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in BESS and/or Wind energy operations, remote-control centre or equivalent.
• Experience with major onshore wind turbine platforms or BESS manufacturers and SCADA software from OEMs.
• Advanced proficiency in renewables technology, analysing technical logs, reading electrical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and safety-first mindset.
• Professional English required; other languages are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Monitoring: escalation point for complex faults in real-time onshore wind operations.
• SCADA-Based Troubleshooting: use SCADA and proprietary software for diagnostics of faults and shutdowns.
• Remote Intervention & Resets: perform remote-control sequences, safety resets, synchronized restarts, curtailments.
• Incident Management: coordinate alerts, liaise with back offices and on-site technicians during outages.
• Continuous Improvement: analyze fault patterns, document resolutions, mentor operators, contribute to LEAN initiatives.
