Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced HR professionals to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. You will own creation and refinement of job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, and HR policies for core workflows.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start and compensation at $70 per hour. Candidates should have 4+ years in HR generalist or people operations roles and strong written communication.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced HR managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for HR managers with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.
