Dexcom, a leader in CGM technology, is seeking a Commercial Analytics Specialist to own Spain reporting and analytics. You will build and optimize Tableau dashboards, integrate data from Salesforce and Finance, and automate data workflows to support informed commercial decisions.

A strong foundation in analytics and collaboration with stakeholders is essential. You will drive KPI definition, incentive support, and data governance while enabling scalable insights within a fast-paced, hybrid work

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–5 years in analytics or BI preferred.
• Strong experience with Tableau and Salesforce workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data models and actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize commercial reporting for Spain, ensuring data reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for stakeholders, improving usability and relevance.
• Integrate and prepare data from multiple sources (including Salesforce and Finance) ensuring quality across reporting.
• Reduce manual processes by driving automation and improving data workflows.
• Define, document and maintain business rules, processes and calculation logic; support incentive calculations.
• Provide analytical support to Commercial Excellence to inform performance, territories and targets.
