Formación

• 3+ months of outbound call center, cold calling, or telemarketing experience.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently source potential contacts from social media.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and reliable remote work setup.
• Self-motivated, agile and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound sourcing of fresh lead databases from open sources.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage prospects.
• Qualify potential investors and book meetings/registrations.
• Log all interactions in Zoho CRM daily with accurate statuses.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp or messengers.
• Meet monthly KPI targets for valid conversations.
