Qualifications

• Ability to assess complex engineering problems (structural design, FEM, hydrology, CAD planning).
• Experience with infrastructure projects or related professional activities is advantageous.
• Peer-reviewed publications or evidence of technical research are beneficial.
• Clear written communication and step-by-step reasoning abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach to testing, documenting, and reproducing errors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to civil engineering scenarios across disciplines.
• Test AI models with practical field scenarios and theoretical questions.
• Assess technical reasoning, calculations, and evidence in model outputs.
• Identify model failure modes and document errors with reproducible traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompts, evaluation criteria, and testing methods.
• Explain technical reasoning and supporting evidence clearly and transparently.
