Kawaii Partners is seeking a Casino Product Manager to own the player-facing casino experience end-to-end. You will drive the product roadmap, shape the game lobby and front-end experience, and use analytics tools to improve conversion, retention and player satisfaction.

You will also act as the quality gatekeeper for releases, conducting market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and coordinate with designers, developers and cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4+ years in product management in iGaming/online casino.
• Hands-on analytics experience with Power BI, GA4 or PostHog.
• Knowledge of casino operations: lobbies, providers, bonuses, funnels.
• Experience writing requirements and collaborating with designers and developers.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Attention to QA and release verification.
• Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and prioritize the casino product roadmap; decide what gets built and in what order.
• Analyse the product continuously and propose improvements to front-end UX, new features and enhancements to existing functionality.
• Review existing functions and drive overall product quality improvement.
• Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Create and manage design tasks for the design team; review deliverables against product goals.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and release sign-off.
• Coordinate with CRM, VIP, development and marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Own game lobby management: categorization, game positioning, featured sections, search and filtering logic.
• Coordinate game providers for discounts, early game releases; evaluate and prioritize game placements accordingly.
• Monitor game performance (popularity, GGR contribution, RTP) and optimize lobby placement accordingly.
• Support bonus, promotion and gamification mechanics from the product side.
• Use Power BI, Google Analytics, PostHog to analyse player behaviour and make data-driven UX decisions.
• Own core product KPIs: registration-to-deposit conversion, FTD, retention, session length, feature adoption.
• Identify friction in key funnels and drive fixes.
• Design and run A/B tests to validate improvements.
• Perform post-release checks after every developer release to verify functionality, UX and lobby integrity.
• Log, prioritize and follow up on defects with the development team.
• Maintain release checklists covering critical player journeys.
• Monitor competitors and the wider iGaming market; produce regular competitor analysis reports.
• Track industry trends and translate them into roadmap proposals.
• Ensure product features meet regulatory requirements in operating markets (KYC flows, deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks).
• Work with the compliance team on regulator-driven product changes.
