Job summary

Kyra is seeking brilliant Campaign Managers who live and breathe the creator economy. This freelance role is fully remote across Europe or the UK, up to 12 months, with English plus another European language required.

You’ll manage multiple creator campaigns end-to-end, build budgets and pricing around CPV targets, negotiate fees, coordinate with creators and clients, and use Kyra’s platform and AI tools to drive performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (e.g. Spanish, German, or French) is essential.
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Experience running high-volume creator campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of the creator landscape in at least one European market.
• Experience managing campaign budgets, negotiating creator fees and handling contracts.
• Solid understanding of CPV and creator performance metrics.
• Strong Excel and data skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, ideally large consumer brands.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude in daily work.
• Based in Europe or the UK, with availability to work across European business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creator campaigns from brief through launch, delivery and reporting.
• Build creator pricing around CPV targets and performance.
• Negotiate creator fees and manage campaign budgets confidently.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial performance and use data to improve results.
• Be the day-to-day liaison for clients and creators, leading calls and updates.
• Discover and cast creators, manage outreach, negotiations and content delivery.
• Use Kyra's platform to manage campaigns end-to-end and monitor KPIs.
