Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable BMC Helix Process & ITSM Analyst / Workflow Engineer to join our remote team. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing workflows within the BMC Helix ITSM platform to optimize IT service delivery and processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specifications, and develop thorough training and documentation to support users. ITSM expertise and ITIL familiarity are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT service management with BMC Helix or similar ITSM.
• Strong workflow design, process mapping, and optimization skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• ITIL or ITSM certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and optimize workflows in BMC Helix ITSM.
