Terra is seeking an enthusiastic Backend Developer to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. You will design, develop, and maintain backend systems powering client sites and applications, collaborating with frontend and backend teams.

The role requires at least two years of backend experience, proficiency in PHP and JavaScript (React.js, Vue, Astro), and strong RESTful API and database design skills.

Formación

• At least two years of backend development experience and/or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Director of Technology and Backend Lead to address technical challenges across projects.
• Implement efficient data storage solutions and optimize database performance.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for backend systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to system architecture and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Contribute to design and architecture of new features and enhancements.
