Talan is seeking a Java Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs within a modern microservices architecture. You will collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, high-quality applications.

The role emphasizes backend development, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise-grade solutions, with a focus on reliability, performance, and teamwork within Agile sprints.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker containers and OpenShift.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Participate in database modeling with PostgreSQL.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on OpenShift.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers (React) for seamless integration.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain high code quality.
