Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Architect - Modern Workplace based in Spain to design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs while aligning with governance and security standards.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, contribute to architecture diagrams, and support Copilot readiness and AI-enabled workplace initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in a technical role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and governance concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions for client and internal environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders on governance and security.
• Assist with configuration, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Develop architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, and user enablement materials.
• Participate in client discovery sessions and project kickoffs as a technical contributor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365 workloads and integrations.
• Support Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance initiatives.
