Job summary

Hellotickets is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll validate supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and process payment batches in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage AP, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, and support month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Spanish regulations. This is a fully remote role based in Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Experience with Spanish laws and financial regulations related to accounts payable.
• Advanced English and MS Excel; NetSuite ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate supplier invoices, match with POs and receipts, and obtain approvals.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Own AP reconciliations and maintain up-to-date records of invoices and payments.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and related reports.
• Prepare and process payment batches according to scheduled cycles.
