Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible/AWX) for a fully remote role based in Spain.

You will automate infrastructure lifecycles, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and write Bash and Python scripts to streamline operations across Linux and Windows environments. Responsibilities include documenting configurations, designing automation for internal and customer projects, and collaborating with a distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of professional experience in infrastructure automation.
• Proven expertise with Ansible and AWX for automation.
• Strong Bash and Python scripting skills.
• Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Manage and improve infrastructure automation using Ansible and AWX, ensuring reliable, scalable processes.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and integrate external automation solutions.
• Independently manage defined automation tasks from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain Bash and Python scripts to automate recurring tasks.
• Document infrastructure environments, configurations, and procedures before changes.
• Design and document automation and network environments for internal and customer projects.
• Collaborate across Linux and Windows systems, databases, and networking environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve configurations and automation workflows.
• Train and onboard colleagues and share technical knowledge.
• Participate in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
