Job summary

ScaleJet is seeking an ambitious Amazon Brand Manager to own international marketplace operations, including Amazon Canada/UK and Walmart US, with expansion into additional markets. You will partner with PPC, supply chain, and creative teams to optimize listings, pricing, and imagery while driving revenue and profitability.

You will own the full P&L across marketplaces, monitor performance, and implement evergreen strategies to boost conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to take ownership of marketplace operations and financial performance.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding listing accuracy, pricing, and image mapping.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and develop innovative approaches to challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with PPC, supply chain, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own International Marketplace Operations including Amazon Canada/UK and Walmart US within the first 90 days.
• Manage marketplace operations with accurate pricing and image mapping.
• Maintain strong account health and address issues disrupting sales.
• Ensure listings and operations are consistent across channels.
• Own full P&L across managed marketplaces and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth and better financial results.
• Implement evergreen listing strategies to improve conversion within six months.
• Expand presence to Mexico, Brazil and other markets, and grow dropship partnerships.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and account health across marketplaces.
• Build cross-functional relationships with PPC, supply chain, and creative teams.
