Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking an ambitious Amazon Brand Manager to own operations across Amazon Canada, Amazon UK and Walmart US, with plans to expand into additional marketplaces while keeping a remote-first approach.

You will manage full P&L across marketplaces, ensure accurate pricing and listing imagery, drive evergreen strategies to improve conversion, and partner with PPC, supply chain, and creative teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to take ownership of marketplace operations and financial performance.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding listing accuracy, pricing, and image mapping.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and develop innovative approaches to challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with PPC, supply chain, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own International Marketplace Operations across Amazon Canada, Amazon UK and Walmart US and expand to other marketplaces.
• Manage marketplace operations, ensure accurate pricing and image mapping across channels.
• Maintain strong account health and address issues affecting sales.
• Drive full P&L performance across managed marketplaces and align with targets.
• Implement evergreen listing strategies and optimize listings for better conversion.
• Expand presence to additional marketplaces and key dropship retail partners.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and monitor market developments.
• Build cross-functional relationships with PPC, supply chain, and creative teams.
