We are seeking procurement managers with 4+ years of experience to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, including RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor scoring, and spend analytics. This is a remote, flexible, part-time engagement starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes and vendor evaluations.
• Review and negotiate contracts, SLAs, and supplier terms.
• Develop high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine procurement strategy and savings opportunities.
